THE COHERENCE CIRCLE FACILITATOR

The Coherence Circle Facilitator — Beta Cohort is a 60-day initiation for women who feel called to steward collective coherence as a conscious act of service.

It is a grounded, embodied pathway for those ready to learn how to establish, stabilise, and hold coherent group fields — so that love is not only felt within the circle, but intentionally gathered and directed outward in service of the wider collective.

In a Coherence Circle, personal healing and regulation naturally arise as a result of heart coherence and nervous-system safety.

Once coherence is established, the group then directs that stabilised, loving field through shared intention — allowing its effects to ripple beyond the individuals present and contribute to greater regulation, harmony, and peace in lives, communities, and the wider world.

Your role is not to heal, fix, or lead from personality. It is to steward the conditions in which coherence can form, deepen, and be consciously offered as service — without hierarchy, ego, or burnout.

By the end of this 60‑day initiation, you will:

✤ Steward a real Coherence Circle that creates a clear shift into calm, regulation, and heart coherence ✤

✤ Know how to establish safety and nervous-system regulation in groups — without fixing, rescuing, or carrying others ✤

✤ Guide coherent group spaces that support personal healing and collective impact ✤

✤ Lead without hierarchy, saviour dynamics, or self‑importance ✤

✤ Be contributing to peace and harmony through how you gather others ✤

You will be a grounded, confident steward of coherent group spaces, living your service through how you gather and lead.

The 60-Day Path

This is a live, embodied initiation for those ready to steward coherent group fields as an act of service.

Over 60 days, you move from stabilising your own coherent leadership state to holding a real Coherence Circle where love and intention are gathered, stabilised, and consciously directed beyond the group.

Weeks 1 – 6:

Live transmission and guided in-cohort practice.
You learn how to establish the states, structures, and rhythms that allow love and coherence to amplify safely in groups — cultivating regulation, presence, and ethical stewardship — and how to intentionally guide and direct them outward through shared intention.

Weeks 7 – 8:

Real-world application.
You lead one real Coherence Circle with integration and support, completing the initiation through lived service.

Why This First Cohort Matters

This is the first programme of its kind designed for collective service through the amplified power of love and intention held together, in circle.

This first cohort is not simply learning a method. You are helping to establish how love is held, stabilised, and transmitted as a form of service — setting the tone for how this work lives in the world. The integrity of this work will be shaped by those who steward it first.

Is this therapy or a personal healing programme?
No. While healing naturally arises in coherent group spaces, this programme is focused on leadership, service, and how you gather others — not on personal processing.

Do I need prior facilitation experience?
No formal experience is required. What matters is your readiness, integrity, and the willingness to lead responsibly within a clear structure.

Is this programme online or in person?
The core training is held online. You may lead your Coherence Circle online or in person, depending on context and capacity.

What is required of me during the 60 days?
You’ll attend the live sessions, engage in guided practice, and lead one real Coherence Circle within the 60-day container.
